Kemico Vacutainer blood collection system is a closed evacuated system, which consists of a sterile double-ended needle with a safety valve, Kemico Vacutainer holder, and sterile Kemico Vacutainer evacuated blood collection tubes with predetermined volume. Blood is collected by threading the sleeve-covered end of the needle (NP) into the holder, then puncturing the patient’s vein with the other end (IV).
